Ferncliff Mudroom (Floor Plan Design)

The client knew what they wanted to do in this room, and they needed drawings to show their contractor.

We were aiming to add a mudroom and office space to this underutilized sunroom.

We divided the space into a proper mudroom and a study, mimicked the existing french doors for the exterior doors, added cabinetry to fit the character of the historic home, and we always find a place for a package table if we can.
