Yarmouth New Build 1st Floor (Floor Plan Edit)

I was aiming to fix 1) problematic traffic flow from entry to kitchen, 2) poor interior view from front door, 3) subpar positioning of doorways for furniture placement, 4) not enough vertical storage in the mudroom. To achieve this we moved the mudroom doorways up, added 30” to the mudroom connector depth, moved the laundry room to the 2nd floor, and pushed the pantry back into the mudroom connector.
