Creating a layout from scratch, when an architect isn’t required.

  • Closet and built-ins layout

Kitchens and basements start at $1,800. Single-space projects start at $350.

Floor Plan Edit

Problem solving, refining, or giving a second opinion on plans you already have.

  • Full review of existing architectural or builder plans

  • Identify what isn't working and why

  • Redrawn in SketchUp with proposed changes

  • Specific direction to bring back to your architect or builder

Single room or zone starts at $800. Full floor plans start at $2,500.

Hourly Consulting

Whatever you need for space planning and renovation advice.

  • Furniture layout

  • How to best use the existing space in your home

  • Explore potential renovation or expansion options

  • Review architectural drawings and offer feedback

  • Construction project consulting including site visits, decision support, material selection, communication with GC.

Hourly rate is $175. 2 hour minimum.
