Kitchens and basements start at $1,800. Single-space projects start at $350.

Floor Plan Edit

Problem solving, refining, or giving a second opinion on plans you already have.

  • Full review of existing architectural or builder plans

  • Identify what isn't working and why

  • Redrawn in SketchUp with proposed changes

  • Specific direction to bring back to your architect or builder

Single room or zone starts at $800. Full floor plans start at $2,500.

Project Consulting

I stay involved during the construction so you don’t have to manage it alone.

  • Site visits and observation

  • Change order review

  • Flagging when something doesn't match the drawings

  • Decision support and communication with your GC

  • Keeping you informed and calm

Retainers start at $1,500/month
