Yarmouth Primary Suite (Floor Plan Edit)

The client came to me with builder plans for a new build home right before ground broke.

We were aiming to fix 1) the inefficient L-shaped office space, 2) the bottleneck at the bathroom door 3) the window story from the side yard 4) minimal closet space considering pitched ceiling.

To achieve this we moved the office to another part of the house, turned the sloped ceiling areas into storage space, and re-oriented the layout.
