Hamilton 2nd Floor (Floor Plan Design)

The goal of this project was to give the architect a design direction and reduce lengthy rounds of back and forth.

We were aiming to create a primary suite (en suite bathroom and proper closets) without altering the architectural integrity of the home or driving up construction cost.

To achieve this we mirrored the bump-out from the adjacent bedroom to gain a few feet for the primary closet, removed the bathtub in the main bathroom and added a doorway in its place, and converted the linen closet, home office closet, and a few feet of office depth into a new hall bathroom. All plumbing stays on the original wall, no windows were touched, and no radiators were moved.
